Data We Collect
Boss-Man does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your device. The app runs entirely offline and does not require an account or sign-in.
Game Center
Boss-Man uses Apple Game Center to submit and display high scores on leaderboards. Game Center is an Apple service governed by Apple's own privacy policy. When you post a score, your Game Center nickname and score are visible to other players on the leaderboard. Boss-Man does not access or store any additional Game Center data beyond what is required to display your ranking.
Analytics
Boss-Man does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. No usage data, crash logs, or device information is sent to us or any third party.
Local Data
Game progress, settings, and level editor creations are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and file system. This data never leaves your device and is not shared with us or anyone else.
Third-Party Services
- Apple Game Center — leaderboard scores and rankings. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- GitHub — the Boss-Man source code is hosted on GitHub. GitHub's privacy policy applies when visiting the repository.
Children's Privacy
Boss-Man is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, there is no data to disclose or delete regarding minors.
Data Retention
Because Boss-Man does not collect personal data, there is no data to retain or delete. All game data lives on your device and remains under your control.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
